Little Bella J. Dark, 5 years old, entered the book of records, the famous Guinness World Record, as the youngest person in the world to publish a book. The little girl sold over a thousand copies of "The Lost Cat", which she not only wrote but also illustrated.

Bella is from Wymouth, England, and received the email that made her official as the youngest person in the world to publish a book on June 15th. "We are thrilled to report that her candidacy for Youngest Person to Publish a (Female) Book was successful and Bella is now the title holder in Guinness World Records," the statement reads.

The work tells the story of the kitten Snowy, a feline who went on a nocturnal adventure alone and learned an important lesson. According to the record books, Bella decided to tell the story to teach children not to go out alone at night. The narrative was written in five days and can be found in physical and digital form.

Chelsie Syme, mother of the new record holder, said that the little girl has always had a very keen imagination and has been writing since she was 3 years old. The book was first illustrated and had the story emerged from the images.
